Our congregation is served by Pastor Steve Nuss.  He is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminar Mequon, WI (1990), Northwestern College, Watertown, WI (1986) and Shasta College, Redding, CA (1972).  He and his wife, Pam, have been married for 38 years and have one son, Drew (Kathy), and two grandsons (Kameron and Jacobb)--all living in Redding, California.

Pastor was assigned to Grace, Spring Hill, FL in 1990 after graduation from the seminary.  In 1996 he accepted a call to begin exploratory mission work in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada (Apostles Lutheran Church, Regina, SK).  In 2007, he accepted a call to serve our South Atlantic District and the South Central District of our Synod as a Christian Giving Counselor.  He accepted the call to serve as our pastor and was installed on August 16, 2009.

Prior to studying for the ministry, Pastor was an Associate Hospital Administrator, having worked for 13 years in various positions in health care administration in California.  He is also a Vietnam veteran, having served in the U.S. Army (1968-1970).

He and Pam enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, visiting family and friends, and love their dog, Angus ("Gus"), their Scottish Terrier.
