OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH AT CHRIST THE LORD LUTHERAN CHURCH 

 

·          Sunday morning, 9:15-10:15 a.m.  Adults and Sunday School for children ages 3-8th grade.  Note:  summer schedule (June—August) may be a bit different.

·          Adult Bible History—currently Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. (esp. for parents & Sunday School teachers)

 

·          Wednesday 10:00 a.m.  Especially for “golden agers”!  We often do the same Bible Study that is being done on Sunday mornings.

 

·          For women:  Bible study as part of Sisters In Christ.  First Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m

 

·          Bible Information Class:  Days and time vary.  A great review for members!

 

·          Teens/Youth Group:  Days and times may vary.  We usually meet on either the first or third Sunday of the month at 6:30 p.m.  No parents allowed!

 

·          Lutheran Leaders for men:  second Sunday of the month at 7:00-7:30 p.m.  Especially for the leaders of our church (and future leaders, too).

 

·          Once Per Month FIC Study:  ThirdTuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m..  We use the Bible study inside the current Forward In Christ magazine.

 

·          Friends Of Christian Education:  Parent / Teacher organization.  Meets 3-4 times per year.  Often has Bible studies on topics that pertain to the Christian home.

 

·          Meditations: (synod’s devotional booklet) and Forward In Christ (synod’s monthly magazine).  Help yourself!  Copies in the back of church.

 

·          Bytes of Bread:  daily email devotions.  Give pastor your email address!

 

·          Family Bible School:  Traditionally, the second week of   June, Monday_Thursday, 6:30—8:00 p.m. Perfect for summer growth!
