Mr. Jonathan Ross 

Principal & Upper Grades

Mr. Jonathan Ross was called by our congregation this past May, through our Synod's Assignment Committee, to serve as our new principal and upper grades teacher.  Mr. Ross graduated from Martin Luther College in the spring of 2005 with a major in mathematics.  For the next two years he served as a dorm supervisor and instructor at California Lutheran High School in Wildomar, CA.  While at CLHS Jon taught freshmen computer / study skills, freshmen and sophomore physical education & health, and algebra as well.  He also supervised the Art Club and coached Junior Varsity girls' basketball, cross country and assisted in football.  As you can see, he was very busy and gained valuable experience!  

Jon's parents are Dave and Leanne Ross who live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  They are both graduates from Doctor Martin Luther College and teach in WELS schools.  Jon is the second youngest of six children in his family.  Jon grew up in Wisconsin and Minnesota, depending on where his father was called to teach. 

Miss Jeannie Berger

Lower Grades

Miss Berger has been serving the Lord here at Christ the Lord Lutheran School since January of 2001.  She graduated from Martin Luther College in December of 2000, left chilly Minnesota and moved to sunny Florida!

Miss Berger was born in Hart, MI where her dad served as minister of Our Savior Lutheran Church.  She lived there until she was a little over a year old.  Then her dad accepted the Call to serve at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs, IA where she lived for the next 10 years.  When she was almost 12 her dad accepted the Calling to serve Grace Lutheran Church in Sugarbush, WI.  This is where she spent the rest of her childhood and her dad is still shepherding the congregation there.  Sugarbush is the sweetest little town in the world, but if you ever want to visit, just don't blink or you'll miss it.  Her mom works as an RN at the New London Family Medical Center.  Miss Berger has been blessed with 2 sisters, 2 brother-in-laws, 1 brother and now 1 niece and 1 nephew.

Miss Berger attended Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton, WI, then spent 1 year at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and then 3 and half years at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.

Miss Berger is very thankful for all the blessings in her life, but for what she is the most thankful is the opportunity to be a teacher at Christ the Lord Lutheran School.  Everyday she is greeted by smiling little ones ready and eager to learn about and praise their Savior.  She prays she is able to teach Jesus' little lambs for a long, long time!
